This policy is applicable to (USA) orders. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all Products and orders placed on Baggler.shop (the “Website”).

Transit, Handling Order Cut-Off Time:

Order Cut-Off Time will be 4:00 PM

Time zone: (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.

Handling time is 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time is 5 to 8 Business Days to all destinations (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery time is 6-11 Business days (Monday to Friday)

We offer flat $7 USD Standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak holiday seasons, you might experience slight delays in receiving your orders due to increased order volume. We’ll strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY TERMS:

We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, Fedex and OSM to deliver the product.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website or on our Track your Order Page. Please note that tracking information might not be available for up to 72 hours after the order is placed.

Risk of Loss or Damage

The risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you upon shipment from our facility to the carrier. We recommend promptly tracking your order and signing for it upon delivery. Choosing signature release increases the risk of lost packages.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please keep the original packaging and shipping label for verification purposes. Contact our customer support team at support@baggler.shop to initiate a return for the incorrect item. Check our Refund and Returns Policy for more detail.

Missed Deliveries

If you know you won’t be home to sign for your delivery, you can use the FedEx Delivery Manager (if applicable) to:

  • Redirect your package to a nearby FedEx location for hold (free of charge for up to 10 days for Ground shipments and 5 days for Express shipments).
  • Reschedule your delivery for another time or location (a fee may apply).

Claims for Lost or Undelivered Packages

We cannot accept claims for lost or undelivered packages that were signed for as delivered.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item that still functions properly, you may not be eligible for a full refund or return. Please contact customer support at support@baggler.shop for assistance with damaged items. also view our Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States (US).

International Shipping

We currently don’t offer International Shipping. However, for International shipping information and updates, you can contact our team at support@baggler.shop

Change of Address

We strive to process orders quickly. Unfortunately, once your order ships, we cannot reroute it. If you need to update your delivery address before your order ships, please contact our customer support team at support@baggler.shop as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange for reshipment. You’ll be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order to the correct address.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund and return policy.
