We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products following below conditions.
Product Condition
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Exchanges
No, We don’t accept exchanges. Please Return your item and place a new order.

We only accept returns in mail.

Eligibility for Returns
- Only new products are eligible for return. This means the items must be in their original, unopened condition and have never been used.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All tags and accessories must be included.
- Some items may not be eligible for return. This includes personalized, custom-made, and certain sale items. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility for each item.
Return Label
We don’t currently offer pre-paid return labels. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

How to Return an Item

- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and include all original accessories. Ship the package back to us using the designated shipping method.
